With Hawaii’s predominant easterly trade winds, it rains pretty much every day along the north-south oriented Ko’olau mountain range in central Oahu. This is not a good thing if you want to play golf in Mililani, or at Schofield’s leilehua golf course in the afternoon.

One of my favorite things about living in Iroquois Point is that it’s only about a 10 minute walk from my house to the beach. As far as swimming goes, to be perfectly honest, it’s a little bit rocky … but the kids seem to enjoy it anyway.
