Hawaii Sunrise at the Beach

Sunrise over Hawaii Beach

I messed up my sleep schedule badly last night. I fell asleep shortly after work at about 5:30pm, and woke up at midnight. I couldn't go back to bed, so I decided to make the best of it and head down to the beach to take care of something I've been meaning to do for a while now ...

Get some pictures of Honolulu, Waikiki, Diamond Head, etc, as the sun comes up.

Here are a few that I liked. I hope you enjoy.

Aloha til next time,
Todd

Great shots! I especially like the third and last photos. Beautiful.

Thanks for your visit and comments on my blog. No wonder you carry a camera around with you and take photos almost every day – look where you live! I would too if I lived there. LOL

I do have a portable hard drive (200 or 300 gig – can’t remember right now) but I don’t use it often. Probably because we have a puppy and dragging it out with the wires etc is a pain with her investigating everything I do. Using it would solve my storage problem though! Thanks for the tips.

BTW I’m also on a lot of do follow lists – in fact I started the Do Follow Blogroll so I really get hit with spam as a result. Pain in the butt! I hate spammers and link seekers.

Tricia’s last blog post..How do you cope with your dogs shedding?

Your weather beats the weather in a lot of the continental US lately. Todd, I really hope you do get around to getting the photos up from what is one of the most beautiful states in the country.

    Wow the shots are good…
I like the first shot, the one features above the main picture…
    The sun rises very lovely.
I had once took a picture in the sea port where i was living, and my favorite thing to take a shot is the sun rise as well as the sunset.

I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii.
I love the beaches their as I have seen from advertisement that promotes
    Hawaii.
I’ve been watching Lilo and Stitch and it makes me feel the presence of Hawaii.

We just Hawaii earlier this month. We lived at Iroquois Point for a little over 3 years. I wish I had gotten up early enough to catch the sunrise from our beach. I love your pictures about Iroquois Point and will be saving them for my scrapbook pages so my family can look back. You took pictures of things that I wish I did and I thank you for that!

Nice photos, but next time its probably best to save them as JPG rather than GIF (would give a better quality), and also upload them at a higher resolution. I would have quite liked to use the last one as a wallpaper.
