After a quick bit of googling, you are very correct ... Chinaman's hat is in Kaneohe Bay ... in no way visible from Bellows. Ever since I was a kid, I always thought that island out near Makapuu point was Chinaman's hat, and the other little Island over to the west of Bellows beach was Rabbit Island ... all these years, I've been wrong ... thanks. Yes, I do have all of my images in much better resolution. I actually need to play around my gallery plugin to see if I can make these images look a little bit better in the posts. In addition, I'm also thinking about putting up a page where people can request the higher-res images and/or maybe send online post cards (do people still do that?, or is it kind of 2002ish?)
